Poor management. Lack of activity so there. The apartments do meet the needs of disabled people, as I lived there for 6 years. And prejudiced,got ran out. To keep my self and my new puppy safe. Mgr at that time no longer there now.pluss county pd is poor there. Pluss the rules do not apply to everyone! Only the ones they choice, to reinforce to certain people.( to PRIJUICED)!
