Professional, Personal, Knowledgeable - Went to Taxman Inc. for the first time to have my 2011 taxes done which included a new small business and some other complexities. I've done my taxes myself in the past and completed them again this year myself thru TurboTax but rather than filing them, decided to take them to a professional this year to make sure they were done correctly since I've added a business and some other things to the mix. Mr. Hinch did an excellent job, was extremely personable, and most importantly very knowledgeable about tax law and deductions including small business, investments, etc. and ultimately was able to increase my refund by over $1000 from the figures I originally came up with on my own through TurboTax. I've visited other small tax firms over the years, in addition to places like H&R Block as well as done them myself through services like Turbo Tax - but very happy with my Taxman Inc. experience and I definitely plan on returning to Taxman Inc. for now on!
